Matthew EdwinPHIPPENMatt sadly passed away at St Luke's Hospice on Saturday 25th September aged 51 years. Loving husband to Claire, cherished son to Carole & David (deceased) son-in-law to San, father to Lauren & Sam, much loved brother and brother-in-law, adored Uncle. He fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many leaving a massive hole in our lives. He will be Forever in our hearts and never forgotten. Special thanks for the kind and caring staff at Derriford Hospital and St Luke's Hospice. All friends and family are welcome to Celebrate Matt's life on Thursday 21st October at The Fisherman's Arms, 2pm-7pm. Donations if desired to St Luke's Hospice.
