Dorothy JoanPHIPPS(nee Bennett) 29th October 1923 - 18th December 2010 Truly inspirational, loyal and loving Mum to Gloria, Dawn and Sue, wife of the late Bill. Adoring Nanny to Simon, Emma, Gareth, Grant and Mitchell, Great Nanny to Dani, Tom and Emma's bump (Joseph). She will be deeply missed by all of us but she leaves us with many memories to treasure. Many thanks to Nicola and her staff at Rose Cottage for the care they gave to Mum during her final days, it is much appreciated, daughters Gloria, Dawn and Sue. Funeral to take place at Loughborough Crematorium Friday 24th December 2010 at 11.45 a.m. afterwards at the Lindens. Family flowers only, donations for Rose Cottage c/o H. Towell Funeral Directors, 5 Danvers Road, Mountsorrel. Tel. 0116 230 2449.
