The obituary notice of Nora PICKERING (Egan)

A year ago today you fell asleep holding my hand. To say it’s been difficult is an understatement. I see you in everything I do every day but I normally end up laughing after the tears. We all miss you terribly All your “lads” do especially your little Anthony who “wishes his nana would come back because he misses her so much“ he talks about you all the time and so will Bailey when we tell him all about his Great Nana Nora you would be so proud of him he’s doing amazing. Don’t worry though we’ll make sure we teach him the “salavation Army song” you know how Jordan especially loved it haha. Life isn’t the same without you and It never will be, you are loved so much. Thank you for being such a big part of my life you truly were a one off. All my love always Jenn XxxxX

Nora was my brilliant neighbour for almost 37 years and during those years she was a great friend as well, if i needed help with anything, she was the first to volunteer,she is a huge miss,Nora was not only kind, but funny as well,I adopted a gorgeous yorkshire terrier and she saw some ofthe funny things Nora did, I would say to my yorkie wheres the mad woman and my yorkie would run into the back garden to bark for Nora to come out,my yorkie loved Nora, as I and many other people did and still do, Nora will never be forgotten,she was lush xx
