Neil GraemePOTTSPassed away peacefully at home with his devoted wife holding his hand, after a short battle with cancer. He leaves behind heartbroken wife Victoria and combined family children Danielle, Rebecca and Jason. Adored granddad of Hannah and Carys. Dear brother of Alan and Ian and their families. Neil was a true and loyal friend to many and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service at Southport Crematorium on Friday 16th April 2021 at 3pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to 'West Lancashire Freemasons Charity'. Cheques made payable as above and sent to Porters Funeralcare, 111A Bispham Road Southport PR9 7BJ. Tel: 01704 212714. Victoria would like to sincerely thank the district nurse team at Curzon Road who drifted in and out of our home like angels as they administered their care and support and the team at Bispham Road Pharmacy.
