Memories of a Special Step Dad
There are no words to express
what you meant to me
And for being the Dad
you did not have to be
A beautiful person
With a wonderful Heart
And I miss you so much
Since we had to part
We may have not been
related by blood
But you loved me more
than anyone could
I'll treasure the memories
And I'll not feel sad
Because I was so lucky
To have the perfect Stepdad

Doug, you were such a lovely Brother-in-Law. So amiable and kind. Always there at family gatherings enjoying yourself without any fuss, just getting on with it in your laid back way. Thank you for the much deserved love and happiness you brought my big sis. You will be sadly missed by us all.
God Bless,
Sharon, Rich, Josh & Kai

Doug
A great barman- always ready with a drink, a great cook - who can forget his Steak and Kidney pudding, a great storyteller - too many to mention, the best of company - in all situations, a man who always had time for chat and introductions.
Most of all a great friend who has left us with lifelong memories
With Love
Lin and Chris
