Beloved husband of the late Muriel, also husband of the late Audrey, much loved dad, grandad, great-grandad and brother of all the family. Friends please meet for funeral service and cremation at Blyth Crematorium on Wednesday 5th August at 11.30am. Please maintain social distancing. I worked with Gordon at Ashington Colliery he was a happy man all the time he was there for me on a Shearer face when my hand was fast between a chock and Shearer haulage chain he pulled the chock back to release my trapped hand I never forgot that seen him many times since shopping at ALDI’s a gentleman sad to hear of his passing.Bob Scott
