JamesROONEYHeworth Peacefully at home on 10th November 2021 after a long illness, Jimmy, beloved husband of Valerie, proud and devoted dad of Rachel and Lisa and father-in-law of Steven and Cal. He would have been a besotted grandfather to Philippa Jayne. Son of the late Jimmy and Iris, dearest brother of Iris, Maureen, Raymond and Michael, a much loved uncle, cousin and friend. Friends please meet for service on Tuesday 30th November, 11.15am at Saltwell Crematorium. All welcome afterwards at The Ravensworth Arms, Lamesley. Family flowers only please, donations to Macmillan Cancer Support would be greatly appreciated. There will be a collection at the service for St Bede's Hospice.
