Funeral service at Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium, Sheffield on Saturday 2nd July at 11.45am. Family flowers only. Donations payable to Bluebell Woods Children's Hospice may be sent to Jason Heath, John Heath and Sons, Earsham Street, Sheffield S4 7LS or online at www.johnheath.co.uk
