Nan you will be truly missed by us all. We loved coming to see you and hearing your stories. You loved seeing your grandchildren Ruby and Ella and always had a sweet treat for Ruby to enjoy! Always telling the carers to go home so we could spend more time with you. We will miss you so so much but we know you are at peace and back with your beloved Sammy who you always talked about so fondly. You were definitely one of a kind. Always full of sparkle. Lots of love Chris, Kayleigh, Ruby and Ella x x x x
