PatSALMONPassed away at home peacefully on 22nd July 2021. Loving wife of Albert (Sam), dearest mum to Michelle & Mark, step mum to Tracey. Devoted Nan to Lauren & Libby and grandsons Ross & Jay, sister to Julie. Forever in our hearts, never to be forgotten. Funeral service to be held at Efford Crematorium on Thursday 5th August at 10.45am. Please wear bright, summery colours. Family flowers only please. Such a shock to hear about my dear friend and ex boss at Eastend Cafe. Use to scare me so much when I first started working for her. But soon found out Pat's bark was worse than her bite. Amazing lady with a genuine heart of gold. May you be at peace now my friend. Lots of love. You will be sadly missed. It was an honour and privilege to have known you. Xxxx🌹
