JacquelineSELBYIt is with sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Selby. Jacky passed away peacefully on 17th January 2026, aged 73, following a long battle with Parkinson's and Lymphoma, which she faced with strength and grace. Much-loved mum to Ian, cherished partner to Mick, and beloved sister to Margaret, Liz, Doreen and Gina. She was known for her kindness, warmth and sociable spirit, always full of life and fun. She will be greatly missed.

A funeral service will take place on Thursday, 12th February at Canley Crematorium in the Cannon Hill Chapel at Noon.

Family Flowers Only and Online Donations if Desired to Parkinson's UK.

First met Jacky when she was waiting for the bus in Solihull back to Balsall Common with Ian in his buggy, I offered her a lift and we became friends from then. She worked with my mum at the elections office for a while, and she was a huge help to me when we started a new Beaver Scout Pack so our sons could enjoy the scouting movement.
So sorry to hear she has passed away, and condolences to her family.
