Philip RoySIMPSONSadly passed away at the Royal Derby Hospital on 25th April 2022, aged 74 years. Beloved husband of Linda, devoted dad of Zoe and Kelly, dear father in law of Rob and Neil, much loved grandad of Jade, Ben, Libbi and Harriet and amazing great-grandad of Sonny, Miller and Fraser. A dearly loved brother of Margaret, Marian and Alan, a dearest brother in law, uncle and friend to many who will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral Friday 20th May, service 3.00 pm in the Carnarvon Chapel at Bretby Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in Phil's memory payable to 'Midlands Air Ambulance Charity' may be sent c/o Murray's Funeral Directors, 26 Station Road, Barton, DE13 8DR. Tel 01283 713714. Uncle Phil worked closely with the Air Ambulance when he was in the Barton-Under-Neewood Fire Brigade so we know this charity would be close to Uncle Phil’s heart.

Plastribution Ltd, who are based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch would like to donate £250 to the Air Ambulance charity, in memory of Philip Simpson.
