Anne (Josie)SKENE (nee Woodward)It is with great sadness that Anne's family announce that she passed away peacefully on 7th January 2022 at the age of 80. Anne was a truly amazing person. A loving and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. She cared so deeply for everyone in her life and she will be missed very much by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her funeral will take place at 10.30am on Friday 11th February at Canley Crematorium. Anne wanted any flowers to be re-used to bring others some joy, so if you wish to send flowers, please choose ones that are suitable to be passed on. Any flowers will be distributed to local people living alone by the community centre she was a member of. Alternatively you could send a living plant and we will arrange for this to be planted somewhere locally. There will be a charity collection in her name if you would find it easier to contribute to this. All donations will be given to University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire Charity. All flowers, plants and donations to Grimmett and Timms Funeral Directors 118 Albany Road Earlsdon, Coventry CV5 6NG There will not be a dress code, please wear whatever you are comfortable wearing.
