DavidSMITHPeacefully at rest on Sunday February 2nd 2014 at The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Blurton after a long illness borne with great courage and dignity, David aged 58 years of Meir. The dearly loved partner of Val, the much loved and loving dad of Kate and Ashleigh, dear father-in-law of Ben, the devoted grandad of Olivia and Louie and a treasured brother, brother-in-law and uncle. David will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. The funeral cortege will leave his home in Meir on Thursday February 13th for service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium at 11.30am. Would relatives kindly accept this the only intimation, friends wishing to attend please meet at Carmountside. No flowers please by request, donations if desired may be sent for The Douglas Macmillan Hospice c/o the family.
