HazelSMITHPassed away suddenly on 14th May 2022 aged 56 years. A much loved Daughter of Brian and the late Maureen. A loving Mam to Nicola, Matthew, Jennifer, In-laws Iain, Louise and James. Proud and devoted Nanna to Abigail, Darci, Miley, Courtney, Jorgie, Noah, Summer, Dolly, Teddy and Ireland. Dearly loved big sister to Patrick, Catherine, In-laws Rachel and Mark and cherished Auntie to Ellis and Lily. A service to celebrate Hazel's life will be held in the large chapel, Chanterlands Crematorium on Tuesday, 31st May at 11.30am. No flowers please by request but donations for the British Heart Foundation may be left at the service.
