Such sad news. I remember all the laughs on the team and what a great manager he was to me and always kind.
I'd like to think that he will be sailing his way around Heaven.
Much love

Had the privilege of working with Mike and so sad to hear of his passing. Mike was a genuinely good guy who always had a smile and time for a chat despite the demands of the job. Will be remembered with fondness and respect. Thoughts and prayers to all his family.
