ArthurSTREETOn Friday 21st Ocotber 2011, aged 88 years, peacefully at Fairfield View Nursing Home, Arthur Street of Ashton-under-Lyne. Loving Husband for nearly 64 years of Eveline; beloved Dad of Christine and Gillian and fond Father-in-law of Robin and Peter, devoted Granddad of Susan, Jayne, Richard, Keeley, Nicola and Stuart and proud Great-Grandfather of Ben, Carley, Bethany, Charlie, Libby, Alice, Lexie, Edward and Step Great Granddad of Sam and Megan. He was also an Uncle and Great-Uncle. He was a great character; his stern exterior hid a wicked sense of humour and fun. He will be fondly remembered and missed by all who knew him and we consider ourselves lucky to have had him in our lives for so long. Funeral Service and Committal to be held at Dukinfield Crematorium on Tuesday 1st November at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only please by request, with donations in lieu, if desired, to Help for Heroes or Retired Greyhound Trust. All enquiries to: H. Revell & Sons Ltd. Tel: 0161 338 2520
