Robert AndrewSTROUD (Bob)Bob Peacefully at Basildon Hospital aged 85. Loving husband to the late Christabel, Dad to Patrick, James and Andrew and loving grandad to Thomas, Joshua, Rebecca, Ella and Joseph. Bob was born and bred in Brentwood. He played cricket for South Weald Cricket Club for over 50 years amassing over 2500 wickets in that time. He also represented Brentwood at Hockey & Rugby Union, was a Royal Marine Commando between 1954-1957 and was affiliated to various associations in the Brentwood area. He will be missed but never forgotten. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 30th July at 2pm at St Peter's Church, South Weald. Donations if desired are invited for Barrow farm Riding for the Disabled. All enquiries to Bennetts Funerals 01277 210104.

You were the life and soul of our parties, I'd like to thank you for all your help over the last 16 years and your commitment to homestart.
