I always look back of this my singing teacher at the then Welsh College of Music with very fond memories. A lovely guy, funny and caring especially to me. We had some laughs especially my lessons on Mondays at 8am singing top Fs here and there and then laughing at trying our hands at Vissi d'arte. You were an amazing guy. Rest in Peace my dear Jeff until we meet again. Nick.

Jeffrey Talbot was a wonderfully gifted tenor and a superb singing teacher, who is sadly missed. There is not a day that goes by when I am not thinking of him. Rest in Peace Meastro. Love, John Freere Perry

I knew Jeff for some twenty years as a friend and accompanist, mainly for his students at singing lessons. He was a man of great humour, known for his caustic wit. Numerous singers, many of them now internationally respected exponents of the vocal art owe their success to Jeff. He had a beautiful voice and a flawless technique and was such a great communicator and role model. I shall miss him tremendously, but I remember him with fondness. Rest in Peace, my friend.
