Irene ElizabethTHOMAS(Betty) At Lakeside Nursing Home on Jan 20, 2009, Betty, in her 93rd year, surrounded by her loving family, (formerly of Pentyrch and Gwaelod-y-Garth), wife of the late Malgwyn, who she dearly missed, wonderful, loving and devoted mother of Alice, David, Jean, Shirley and the late John, much loved mother-in-law of Sally, David and Richard. She adored her children, grandchildren great-grandchildren and great -great-grandchildren. She will be truly missed by all her family and all she knew. Resting at D J Evans Forse & Co., Whitchurch Funeral Home, until the service on Monday Feb 2 at St Cattwg's Church, Pentyrch at 2pm, afterwards to Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel at 3.30pm. Strictly no mourning. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu, if desired, to the Stroke Association, c/o the funeral home.
