Kay (Former employee at Siliconix)THOMAS (Nee Phillips)Nee Phillips Former employee at Siliconix Suddenly but peacefully passed away on 22nd July at Singleton Hospital after a short illness, Kay of Ynysforgan, beloved wife of the late Terry, much loved mother to Philip, Julie and Jane, dear mother-in-law to Fiona, Dave and Mark, loving Mam to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren, dearest sister to Michael, Jackie and Shirley. Kay will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Swansea Crematorium on Monday 9th August at 3:00pm and will be by invitation only. Flowers or donations if so desired may be made payable to Great Ormond Street Hospital via funeral-notices.co.uk or by cash / cheque to Gwyn Jones Funeral Director 118 Trallwn Road, Llansamlet, Swansea.
