MeganTHOMPSONPeacefully at Scunthorpe General Hospital on 28th December 2021, with her two Daughters by her side, Megan passed away, aged 83 years. Devoted Mum of Amanda and Sonia. Dearest Mother-in-Law to Dennis and Gary. Loving Nana of Lorna, Oliver, Emily and James. Loving Great Nana to Ella and Noah. Cherished Sister of Jill and the late Aileen, and a good Friend to many. A funeral service shall take place on Wednesday 26th January 2022 at 1:00pm at St. Andrews Church, Burton-upon-Stather, followed by a private committal at Woodlands Crematorium Scunthorpe. Family flowers only please, but donations, if so desired, may be sent to MacMillan Cancer Support. The family of Megan would like to give special thanks to the MacMillan Team and District Nurses who looked after Megan in the last weeks of her life. Megan is now resting at Ashby Funeral Care, 174 Ashby High Street, Scunthorpe. Tel: 01724 841112
