Michael HoldcroftTILSTONE ('Mike')'Mike' Sadly passed away on 17th February 2021 at Kiwi House Care Home, aged 69 years. Formerly of Stanton by Bridge. Dearly loved Husband of Angela. A service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Thursday 11th March 2021. Regrettably, due to current restrictions, attendance is limited, therefore please contact Angela if you would like to attend. There will be a live webcast for those who are unable to attend the funeral and wish to feel part of it. Donations in lieu of flowers directly to Dementia UK please. I echo other tributes.
Extremely sad to hear that Mike has died even though we lost touch in recent years. My ex colleagues and I have unforgettable memories of working alongside Mike at Granville School in the 1970s. He was an inspiring teacher. Sincere condolences to his family.
