Francis William EdwardTOPLISS ('Frank')'Frank' of Swadlincote, previously Newhall. Passed away peacefully at home on the 13th October 2020 aged 81 years. Devoted husband of Patricia. A loving father of Diane, Elaine, Lorraine, Carol and Colin. A treasured grandad and great grandad and a dear brother and uncle. Due to current circumstances a private family service will be held. Donations in memory of Frank are gratefully received for Treetops Hospice and may be sent directly to the family. Thank you to the district nurses and carers.
