Funeral cortege from Birch House for service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium on Wednesday, November 2nd at 11.30am. Will relatives please accept this intimation and friends kindly meet at Carmountside. No flowers please by request. Donations preferred for The North Staffs Heart Committee.
