I’m so sad to hear this news, Mr Walker was the best teacher I ever had. Inspired my love of literature and I often think of those classes and how wonderful they were. I’ll always remember the southern accent while reading To kill a mockingbird fondly. Rest in peace x

Hard to believe you are gone, Brian. It was great to work with you as a fellow head teacher, sharing ideas and having a few laughs along the way. You were determined that West Park would be an outstanding school and you achieved it in your own distinctive way. A great loss and taken far too soon. Carol Dover
