Jeffrey RobertWARRENJeff passed away peacefully after a short illness on Wednesday 5th May 2021 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital with his loving family by his side. Jeff aged 63 years was a loving Husband to Mary and much loved Dad to Rachelle and David, Also Brother in Law, Uncle, Cousin and friend. He will be missed so very much by us all. Funeral service to be held at St Mary's Church, Bucknall on Friday 28th May 2021 at 1.00pm followed by a committal at Carmountside Crematorium. Due to Covid 19 restrictions mourners may be limited, Family flowers only please, Donations preferred to be divided between the Stroke Association and the Brain Tumour Charity.
