Brenda CarisWHITELEYPassed peacefully away at home surrounded by her family on 27th July aged 91 years. Adored wife of the late Dennis Whiteley. Loving mum of Maureen, Christine, Pauline and Janine and respected mother-in-law. Cherished Nan to her grandchildren and Nannie 2 to her great grandchildren. Also sister to Jean. Funeral to leave 11 Elgar Road, Coventry, CV6 7JG at 11:45a.m on 12th August followed by church service at United Reform Church, Warwick Row, Coventry, CV1 1EX at 12:45p.m. Cremation at Oakley Wood, Leamington Spa, CV33 9QP at 3:30p.m. Flowers or Donations optional and black dress not required. If you would like to join us at Coombe Abbey for afternoon tea at 5:00p.m, could you please call Janine on 07956652727 for catering purposes. I am incredibly proud of all of my family, close friends, Nan & Grandads close friends and Neighbours….what a send off for this special lady.

From the bottom of my heart thank you for making it as special as it was, I know both my Nan & Grandad would of been touched with all the lovely tributes from everyone.

Thank you to everyone for travelling far and wide to say their goodbyes. 🙏🏻

You were too special for words my beautiful Nan ❤️

We were all so blessed to of had you in our lives for so long. Nan you was a very special and well loved lady to everyone you met…you touched the hearts of so many with your kindness and beautiful smile.

I will be forever thankful to you and my grandad for the guidance, support and love. You both showed me how to live a good honest life. There’s no amount of words that I can say which will express this. Your duty is done Nan…rest easy knowing you did your very best in life for others.
