Patricia (Pat)WOODPeacefully in Roseville Care Home on August 31, surrounded by her loving family, Pat, aged 78 years. A beloved wife of Eric, much loved mam of Jacqueline, Elizabeth and Gillian, dear mother-in-law of Martin, Joe and Martin and dearly loved grandma of Natalie, Thomas, Lucie, Sophie, Morgan, Ben and Finley. Funeral service and cremation takes place on Friday, September 11 at 3.00p.m. in St. Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. Will friends please meet at the crematorium chapel. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if so desired, to Take Heart Support Group, collection box to be provided after the service.
We cried when you passed away, we cry today, Although we loved you dearly, we couldn't make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.
