Gillian MaryWOOD(Née Felton) (Gill) Passed away suddenly at Royal Derby Hospital on Tuesday 21st May 2024, aged 87 years.

Beloved and treasured Wife of Brian. Cherished Mother of Nigel, Julie and Stephen. Proud Nanna to Jake, Alex, Amy, Matt, Jess & Megan, and Great Nanna to Archie.

"Gill was the heart and soul of our family. We will always carry her memory in our hearts. So dearly loved and so sadly missed".

Requiem Mass will take place at 11:00am on Wednesday 19th June (her 88th birthday) at St Joseph's Church, Winshill, followed by committal in the Willow Room at Bretby Crematorium.

Rest in peace, in God's care.

Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Gill will support 'Cancer Research UK', and can be placed in the collection box at the service.

My heartfelt condolences to Brian and all the family. I have very happy memories of Gill from when I was growing up on Dalebrook. She was good fun and very kind to teenage me in the 1970s xxx
