JenniferWOOTONPeacefully whilst in hospital on December 13th, Jen aged 44 years. Greatly loved daughter of Denise and the late Robert, cherished mam of Beka, Aaliyah and Ayesha, loving nan nan of Reece and Baby. Also a special sister of Mike, Andy and the late Matthew. A celebration of Jen's life will take place on Wednesday 23rd December at 1pm in St Bede's Chapel Teesside Crematorium prior to interment within Thorntree Protestant Cemetery.
