EllenWORTHINGTONNellie passed away peacefully during the morning of Thursday, November 11, aged 102. Beloved wife of the late Henry Worthington, a much loved and loving mother of John, Harry, Denis, James and Joseph, a dear mother-in-law of Jennifer and Cath, and to the late Barbara and Lynne, a cherished grandma of Christine, Andrew, Donna, Lee, Paul, Mark and Joanne, and to the late Linda, a greatly adored great-grandma of 12 great-grandchildren, and a much loving sister to Alice, and to the late Grace and Joan. Nellie will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. The Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday, November 30, 10.30am at the Parish of St Joseph’s, Ramsbottom followed by a Burial at Ramsbottom Cemetery, Ramsbottom at approximately 12pm. Family flowers only, donations, if desired to Bury Society for Blind & Partially Sighted People c/o funeral director. Funeral director: Booth & Wolstenholme Funeral Service, Ramsbottom.
