ALDERWICKAntony Charles 29/02/1940 - 22/04/2015 It's now one year ago that I watched you slip away in my arms. God eased your pain and broke my heart. In my memory you will always stay, not once a year, but every day. No words can stop the heartache, or stop a silent tear, or take away memories, of a dad so dear. A loving smile, a heart of gold. I knew I had to lose you. As the days were slipping by, I tried so hard to help you and so hard not to cry. I sat at your bedside and held your hand with love. I stroked your head with love and prayed to God. He wrapped you in his loving arms and said "come with me". You suffered much in silence but your spirit did not bend. You faced your final battle with courage, you tried so hard to stay with us, but your fight was not in vain. Thank you for the fantastic times we had together. Shine bright dad. Until we meet again, God bless my precious angel. Lots of Love Susanah Xxxx
