Peter AngusALLAN(Stannington) Peacefully in the attentive and wonderful care of St. Oswald's Hospice on the 9th July aged 79 years. Beloved husband of Margaret, dearly loved and respected dad of Andrew, David and Richard. A much loved and devoted grandpa of Rebecca, Hannah, James, Jenny, Emily and Oliver and a dear father-in-law of Michelle. Funeral Service to be held at St. Mary's Church, Stannington on Friday 23rd July at 1.00pm followed by interment in the cemetery. No flowers please by request. Donations may be given at church for the benefit of St. Mary's Church, Macmillan Cancer Support and St. Oswald's Hospice, any enquiries regarding attendance at the funeral are to be directed c/o William Purves Funeral Directors, Ashington, tel 01670 812117.
