LesALLENHusband of the late Pansy Allen. Les was the 2nd youngest son & sole survivor from William & Ellen Allen's family of 97 Druid St Hinckley & Forrester's Rd, Burbage. Proudly served in the RAF between 1940-47 along with 9 other family members. Les emigrated to Canada in 1949 to prospect for gold & it is where he found his treasure, Pansy & raised a family. Sadly Pansy passed away in 2018. Les passed away peacefully on 30th July 2020 in his 100th year at Whitehorse, Yukon. Survived by their 5 children: Bill (Shawn), Mary (Bill), Minnie (Jim), Patricia (Dan), Gina (Ken), 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren & numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & friends in Canada & Great Britain. Greatly cherished, loved & missed.
