CaroleBAXTREMPeacefully on December 7th in Roseville Care Home surrounded by her loving family aged 68 years. Beloved wife of William, a much loved mum and mum-in-law of Melanie, Claire, Dex and Jimmy, a loving nanna of Sam, Bobby, Harvey and Lewis. Funeral service and cremation to take place on Wednesday December 19th at 9.30am in St Bede's Chapel Teesside Crematorium. Would family and friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel. Family flowers only please donations in lieu if so desired are for Alzheimer's Society.
