Raymond (Ray)BEAMANIt is with great sadness to announce that my Dad, Raymond Beaman (30.07.1932) of 2 Devonshire Court, Chorley, PR7 2BW passed away on the 17.04.2020 at Chorley Hospital. Beloved husband to Millicent Beaman (Wilson) and son of Ernest Frederick and Ethel (English) Beaman, brother to Lillian, Alice, Arnold, Ernie, Muriel & Dolly. Loving father to Susan Garbett & Gary Beaman. Grandfather to David, Rebecca & Matthew and Rachael, Michael, David & Kirsty. Great Grandfather to Finley & Francesca, James & Lucy-Rae, Ebony, Ava, Alana & Jax, Ashton & Ruby and Joshua & Freya. Raymond attended Spurley Hey School in Gorton, Manchester then joined the Post Office as a messenger, completed 2 years national service as a Radio Operator then returned to the Post Office and climbed up the ranks to Inspector before retiring in 1983. Raymond loved his work, cricket, motorbikes but most of all his family. Raymond will be cremated at Charnock Richard Crematorium on 01.05.2020 at 09:30 hours. Due to the current situation please DO NOT turn up for the service as only invited immediate family are allowed due to COVID19 restrictions.
