Thank you so much for this, the cash collection of £300 on Lucy's funeral day. A very generous gesture in honour of a great woman. X

Grandma, you gave me some of my most treasured memories growing up helping me to explore Lincoln's past at the castle, cathedral and various museums.
You helped fill my heart with love, curiosity, adventure and intreague. When we couldn't play badminton because of the rain you transformed the living room into our own court with the sofa becoming the net. You helped me research and create my Viking project when I was 8 and even helped me build a long boat. You took pleasure in answering my endless questions about plants and insects, you told me stories about ghosts and even took me to try and find some.
You always let me have sugar in my tea even though mum wouldn't let me and when I came to stay you would always send grandad to get Alpen and milk shakes. Nothing was ever too much trouble, I can't believe how you never became tired.
Now is your time to rest, you definitely deserve it.
Heaven has gained another Angel.
