Grandad,
We miss you so much.
You had the brightest smile the biggest heart and the kindest soul I've ever known. You really were the most amazing Grandad.

We have so many wonderful memories and I feel so lucky to have had so many years of being your Granddaughter. Growing up we used to love our trips to the beach to go rock fishing and the time we had to walk all the way home when nanny couldn't find her car keys 🤣 I remember you and nanny surprising us with your new bikes one summer and we would ride along the gower stopping off at Ripples then Verdis for our ice cream fix 💙 one of the funniest moments was when you took me and Sarah on holiday and I danced the night away busting some moves and nanny had to take me back to hotel room as I was soaking wet with sweat lol!

Fast forward to you not only being the most amazing Grandad but the most fantastic great grandad to our children, you always welcomed us into your home always making sure our trips to Wales were so special and how you loved my sheppards pie 🥧

I feel so lucky to have loved you and to be loved by you, you gave us so many happy memories. I cry as I write this as we will never see your beaming smile again that contagious laugh but I know you are looking down from above, holding nannies hand the love of your life with so much to tell nanny over a glass of wine.

Grandad, rest in peace you are and always will be so loved and missed.

Forever in our hearts

Grandad,
I miss you so much.
You had the kindest heart, and always had time for all of your family. We know that’s what was most important to you.

You had the warmest smile & best laugh.
You really were the most incredible man.
One in a million.

I had the best times growing up as a child with you and nan. For you both and those memories I am so grateful. Grateful to be apart of your family, grateful for being your granddaughter and for you and nan teaching me all of those things to make me to the person iam.

We are all so lucky to have special memories with you, for me and jo those times we spent in wales were the best.
All those journeys you made, Driving all the way to Essex to pick us up and bring us back to wales and spend our summers with you.

I have moments when I remember the times we spent with you, one was of you making for me and jo those hanging shell chimes using a ball float 🤣
I don’t think nan was ever best pleased with the smelly little fish we would bring back in the buckets as well as the shells from the beach.
I Remember the fun we had on the wave machines at the swimming pool, we use to laugh at the story of when you ripped a whole in your shorts from the water slides.

I smile, as I remember how much you loved your little green house, growing your fruit and veg and sitting in the sun, maybe with a glass of red in the summer house with nan.

You both came as a pair, an eternal love that is so rare now days and when nan passed away, half of you went with her. But I know you stayed strong for all of us. You did so well in those years without nan, I know for you and us it wasn’t the same without her but are all so pleased you got to do some of the things you did in that time.

Grandad, I miss you so so much, And I am truly honored to be your granddaughter.
If tears could build a stairway to heaven I’d hug you so tight.
Give nan a big kiss for us, I’m sure you have so much to catch up on.

Goodbye Godbless xx
Sarah

Grandad, I'm so sorry that you have gone too soon from us but we will treasure and carry your memories through life. It'll be hard to let you go, but now heaven has gained an amazing, kind, caring, loving person. Not only that, you can also be with your one true love, nan again. I love you millions and still think of you everyday. I just hope that as I get older I'll live up to the man, dad, husband and grandparent you were and will always be. As i get older i hope that to my children and grandchildren. Ill be the hero you were to me. And when that time comes for me, I hope to of lived a life that was just as great as yours.
I'll always love and miss you. Ashley xxxxxxx
