Much loved devoted husband, soul mate & best friend to Dawn. Proud & loved dad to Jade & Courtney. Treasured son of proud parents Dave & Brenda and much loved & missed brother of Jayne. Special nephew, cousin & best friend to many. Funeral at Trent Valley Crematorium on Thursday 9th December at 10:30. Immediate family flowers only but donations if desired to Headway Charity. Dawn, Jade, Courtney, Dave, Brenda & Jayne and Ted & Benji xxxxxx
