Patricia Anne Heather (Pat)BOURNEPassed away peacefully on 28th December 2022 at Derriford Hospital, aged 80 years. Wife to Roy. Dearly loved mother to Simeon and Amanda and mother-in-law to Alison and Colin. Treasured grandmother to Sophie, Emily, Hannah, Jack and Harry. Dear sister to Connie and sister-in-law to Betty and Eileen. Funeral service to take place at Weston Mill Crematorium on 25th January at 12.15pm. Family flowers only please.
