WiesławBRODNIEWSKIWiesław Brodniewski, better known to all as 'Brod', passed away peacefully on October 11, 2024 at the age of 86 after a brief illness and before that a long life filled with love, happiness and dear memories.
Brod was a devoted husband to Jennifer, a proud dad to Andrew and Karen, a much loved grandad to Daniel and Ellis, a dear brother to Staś and a good friend to all who knew him. Brod's kindness, generosity, warmth and good humour are deeply missed and fondly remembered.
Brod's funeral service will be held at the main chapel of Markeaton Crematorium on Thursday, October 31, at 3:30 pm. Following the service, there will be a celebration of his life at the Allestree Club, 39 Cornhill, Derby DE22 2FS. There is no need to wear black if you prefer not, and family flowers only are requested.
