Zdzislaw MikolajCARIUK(Mike) Zdzislaw passed away peacefully at home, Monday 2nd May, aged 78 years. A much loved Father to Peter, a loving Father in Law to Nicky and a cherished Grandfather to Caitlin and Rosie. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A funeral service will be held, Tuesday 7th June, at 11:00am at the Polish Church, St Maksymiliana Kolbe, Gordon Road, Derby, followed by an interment at Spondon Cemetery.
