DavidCARMICHAELPassed away unexpectedly at Hull Royal Infirmary on the 7th December 2018 aged 74 years. A wonderful husband to the late Elsie (Reunited). A much loved Dad to Michelle, Andrea and in laws Nick and Ray. A devoted and caring Grandad to Matthew, Luke, Dane and Liam. A proud Great Grandad to Oscar and Theo. Service to take place Wednesday 19th December, 1.30 pm at the Chanterlands Crematorium (Large Chapel). No flowers please. Donations may be left at the service for Dove House Hospice.
