Evan KeithCHADWICKPeacefully at rest on the 1st April 2021 at RSUH, Keith aged 75 years, loving husband of Anne, dearest dad of Jayne and Richard, father-in-law of Anthony and Hannah, loving grandad of Charlotte, Jordan, Ella, Iris and Hattie, great-grandad, brother of Jean, much-loved brother-in-law and uncle. Due to government guidelines, a private service will be held at St James Church, Audley, at 11:00am on the 21st April 2021, and then at Bradwell Crematorium. For those who wish to pay their respects, the cortege will stop briefly at Audley Cricket Club at 10:45am. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired would be greatly appreciated for the Teenage Cancer Trust, c/o the funeral director or the family. Enquiries to: HORNE BROTHERS Audley Funeral Home, Ravens Lane, Bignall End.
