Wing Commander David JohnCHIVERS MBE RAF VR(T) RETIREDCHIVERS Wing Commander David John MBE RAF VR(T) Retired Sheila, Alison, Judi and all the family would like to offer their sincere thanks for all the lovely cards and letters received in sympathy for their recent sad loss of David. Thanks must go to Doctor O'Kelly, the Guinness Care Team and Marie Curie nurses for the wonderful and devoted care given to David in his final days. To Father Richard Maudsley for officiating at the service and to Ryan Squires and his staff at Walter H. Squires & Son, for the professional way they carried out the funeral in these difficult and restricted times. We also thank the many people who have made donations, in David's memory, to his chosen charities, the Royal Airforce Association, The British Heart Foundation and Marie Curie.
