I was thinking about Shug only last week, even though we have not seen each other in years. Shug really changed my life in a big way. He was an incredible guitarist with a huge heart. It was thanks to him that I am the musician I am today and I will forever be grateful to him.

I was only just thinking about Shug over the weekend. Although I've not seen him for ages, we were friends for a number of years, went fishing together as lads and were friends for years after. He was a good bloke and we had some laughs together. My condolences to his family. R.I.P. Shug, you'll be missed.
