If tears could build a stairway, and heartaches make a lane, We would walk our way to Heaven and bring you back again. The memories of you we treasure, so precious and so dear, Dad you meant the world to us, we wish you were still here. We miss you so dearly, your beautiful blue eyes and loving smile, If only we could have you back to see you for a while. You ask how much we will love you; we will tell you true, Until the twelve of never, we will still be loving you. The sadness is relentless, nothing can ease the pain, Until we take our final breath and meet you once again.
