StephenCOLLINSPassed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on Thursday 1st April 2021 aged 68 years. Stephen was a devoted husband to Heather, a treasured father to Gordon and Miriam. Stephen will be sorely missed by all his family and many friends. A service to celebrate Stephen's life will be held on Tuesday 4th May 2021, due to the current restrictions attendance will be by invitation. Donations made in loving memory of Stephen will support the work of the Nightingale Macmillan Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital (general fund No 14001), these maybe given online at funeral-notices.co.uk or be sent c/o Thomas Ryde & Son, Belper.
