Mary CamillaCOLLINSof Bolton, Lancashire, aged 97 years, passed away peacefully at Pondsmead Nursing Home, Oakhill, Somerset on 23rd September 2023.
Mary will be catching-up with husband Jim (James) Collins (Nov 1926 - Oct 2014), eldest son, Stephen James Collins (Sept 1947 - Apr 2007), and many other, special, family and friends who've left us already and is leaving behind Johnny, Linda & David and many Grand & Great Grand Children spread around the world.
Mary left Bolton and moved to Cornwall in 1946 to marry Jim and start a family (Stephen, Johnny, Linda and David), initially living in Newlyn and a few years later in Penzance, then moving to Bath in the early 1970's and finally to Paulton, Somerset in 2013.
Many thanks to the staff at Pondsmead Nursing Home for caring for Mum, Mary for the last 19 months and especially for keeping her comfortable and looking after her, and us, in the final month.
There will be a funeral service at Bath Haycombe Crematorium on 23rd October at 11:30.
Family flowers only and donations, if so desired, will be collected for Mum & Dad's favourite charity, the RNLI.
